Johnny Thunders – “So Alone” LP (green vinyl)

Only 1 left in stock (also available on backorder)

Product Description

This is a reissue of the late Johnny Thunders (ex-New York Dolls, Heartbreakers) first and best solo album from 1978. It’s a great one too, featuring a strong set of Thunders originals (“You Can’t Put Your Arm Around a Memory”, “London Boys”) and covers (“Pipeline”, “Great Big Kiss”, the Dolls’ “Subway Train”) and great backing musicians like ex-Pistols Steve Jones and Paul Cook and ex-Heartbreakers Walter Lure and Billy Rath. Also dropping by the sessions were Steve Marriott and Thin Lizzy’s Phil Lynott on a cover of “Daddy Rolling Stone”. All in all, one hell of a record by someone we truly miss. RIP Johnny!

On green vinyl.
